The talks were held from September 28 to 30 and brought together Indian and Australian military officials to discuss cooperation across areas of shared interest.

The government estimates consumers will save around $1.6 billion a year, while changes to interchange fees and other payment rules are expected to save small businesses about $910 million annually.
