Applications have opened for Aviators in Schools, an initiative led by the CSIRO in partnership with Aviation/Aerospace Australia that connects teachers with industry experts to bring real-world aviation experience into primary and secondary schools.
The behind-the-scenes look into the world of forensics included a tour of the facility, interactive demonstrations, and the opportunity to see forensic scientists in action.
Hosted by StemSisters, the event celebrated the diverse contributions of trailblazers across 11 categories, each honouree exemplifying the power of innovation and the vital role diversity plays in shaping the future of STEM.
These trailblazers include Dr Sonu Yadav, a molecular biosecurity expert, Dr Hema Wadhwa, a renewable energy leader, and Dr Angeline Achariya, an AgriFood innovator.
This announcement follows the earlier selection of five Indian women researchers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, who will conduct research in Australia under the same exchange program.
