Tributes flow in after SASR Warrant Officer Lachlan Muddle dies in training accident

Warrant Officer Class Two Lachlan Muddle of the Special Air Service Regiment has died following a training accident at Jervis Bay, prompting tributes from across the defence community and national leaders.
