It is alleged a man, who was a passenger in a ride-share vehicle, assaulted the driver and allegedly attempted to steal the car before fleeing on foot about 8pm.
The man failed to appear in court in March 2020 to face a charge of importing a commercial quantity of a border-controlled precursor, namely 2.8 tonnes of safrole oil.
