Kumar was sentenced to six months of community detention and 200 hours of community service, while MaxBuild was fined $500,000 for bid-rigging on publicly funded projects.
The worker, who was aged 23 when he commenced his employment, had been underpaid annual leave entitlements under the Fair Work Act’s National Employment Standards.
Women aged 18 and above will take part in the main sports and games, while children, partners and parents will be encouraged to attend as supporters, with a dedicated kids’ zone
