Prof. Veena Sahajwalla, Prof. Sumeet Walia and Dr Arunima Malik, have been awarded Australian Museum's Eureka Prize in Science 2022.

Veena is also an Australian Research Council laureate and has launched the world’s first e-waste micro-factory and a plastics micro-factory.

Each shortlisted author receives $5,000 and the winner gets $60,000 in prize money for the novel judged as being “of the highest literary merit” and which presents “Australian life in any of its phases.”
