Cricket Victoria and Manhari Metals have announced a two-year renewal of their partnership, with the Victorian-owned and operated business continuing as Major Partner of the Victorian Women’s Cricket Team through to the 2027/28 season.

Manhari first partnered with Cricket Victoria in 2021 and extended its support to the women’s team in 2022. The company says the renewal reflects its ongoing commitment to women’s cricket as it expands its operations and locations across the state.

Under the deal, Manhari’s logo will remain on all playing and training uniforms for the team and support staff. The company will also continue to back the Country Cup, extending its presence in community and regional cricket across Victoria.

Cricket Victoria General Manager Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships Dylan Prescott said the renewal reflected shared values.

“Their ongoing commitment, both to our elite women’s program and to community cricket through the Country Cup, continues to make a genuine impact on the growth of the women’s game in Victoria.”

Manhari Founder and CEO Maddy Gupta said the company was proud to continue the relationship.

“We wish the Victorian Women’s Cricket Team all the best for the coming season.”

Gupta said Manhari was joining Cricket Victoria in Horsham and Ararat today for a kids’ clinic, with the juniors aiming for future spots in the Manhari Country Cup.

Manhari opened its doors to metal recycling in 2007 and now buys, sells and processes ferrous and non-ferrous metals, with recycling pathways spanning tyres, e-waste, solar panels and lithium batteries. It is also an established brand in country Victoria, working with local businesses and governments on recycling solutions.
