One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson has called for the release of a video that allegedly shows the perpetrators of the Bondi terror attack reciting the Qur’an and discussing their plans ahead of the attack.

In a statement, Senator Hanson said the video is being held by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) and questioned why it has not been made public.

She further said that One Nation had applied for the release of the video under Freedom of Information law, but the application was blocked by AFP.

The party has subsequently appealed the decision to the Information Commissioner but said that the process could take years.

Senator Hanson said that detailed description of the video has already been released by the court and reported by the media so there is no reason to keep the video a secret.

She further said that the Albanese Government must release the video now and be upfront about the threat from radical Islamic terrorism.
