Tasmania-based natural bodybuilder Sumeetpal Singh has delivered an impressive performance at the WHPF Victoria Championship in Melbourne, winning two gold and two bronze medals.

Originally from Jalandhar, India, Singh began competing in natural bodybuilding in 2025 and has also won the Mr Tasmania title.

Singh’s latest performance adds to his growing competitive record as he continues to focus on drug-tested natural bodybuilding, fitness and healthy living.

He is also passionate about encouraging greater participation in fitness and bodybuilding within the Australian Indian and Sikh community, particularly among younger people.

The WHPF — Work Hard Play Hard Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation — was established in 2022 and has expanded its natural bodybuilding competitions across Victoria.

The federation says its aim is to make natural bodybuilding more accessible while creating an engaging experience for both athletes and audiences.

Singh is now preparing for the Natural Bodybuilding Australia Nationals in Melbourne in October 2026, where he is scheduled to compete against athletes from across Australia.

His four-medal haul in Melbourne marks another milestone in his bodybuilding journey, which began just last year, as he prepares to take on the national stage.
