The 26-year-old man, who has been in custody since 12 October 2024, is accused of creating child abuse material involving 10 victims, all aged six or younger, between April 2021 and May 2024.

This is the second arrest in the high-profile case. In July, another individual was charged for allegedly stealing a communal car used in the lead-up to the attack.

Of those, 431 have been found guilty of serious crimes such as sexual assault, with 315 having evaded authorities for more than three years.
