27-year-old Gurjit Singh, an Indian-origin Dunedin-based technician, was discovered unresponsive and covered in blood outside his Liberton home on 28 January 2024.
Tribunal found that the applicant could safely relocate within India, including to major cities such as Delhi or Mumbai, where there was no evidence of ongoing threat.
