Government has invested in new mobile phone and seatbelt detection camera technology to catch people using their mobile phones and not wearing their seatbelts while driving.
The 21st edition of the exhibition has transformed Cottesloe Beach into a sprawling outdoor gallery, featuring 70 sculptures by artists from eight countries.
According to the FBI, investigators arrested 10 people across several states while an 11th suspect, who had previously been deported to India, was also charged.
