These new guidelines mean that no 'vaccination certificate and RT-PCR' test is required for any age group when passengers arrive as international travellers in India.

All visa holders can travel to Australia without needing a travel exemption and no longer have to complete a Digital Passenger Declaration to declare their COVID-19 vaccination status.

These changes made to the Arrivals Associated Direction for South Australia are effective from 18 April 2022.

The “normalise Australia” decision will come into force from April 17 2022.

“The condition is you must be double vaccinated to come to Australia. That’s the rule. Everyone is expected to abide by it.”

From today, All arrivals to Australia require a negative COVID-19 PCR test within three days of travel and by law must complete Australian traveller declaration forms declaring their vaccination status.

"These changes mean there will be no travel restrictions if you are a vaccinated Australian entering or leaving Australian shores."
