India’s student visa assessment level for Australia has moved from Level 3 to Level 2, easing documentation requirements such as upfront financial evidence and course-specific English tests.

The crash killed 42-year-old mother Nancy Lefrançois and her 11-year-old son Loïc Chevalier, who were travelling in a passenger vehicle struck in the collision.
